Before using IMAP, it is recommended that you view the IMAP Tutorial. This is an interactive presentation that contains instructions on how to use many of the features of IMAP. You can open the IMAP Wizard and Tutorial simultaneously so you can pause the Tutorial and perform the actual functions in the program, and then return to the presentation.
For optimum performance, it is suggested that have Microsoft
Internet Explorer version 5.0 on your computer.

Because this tutorial is a large multimedia file, it is also recommended that you use a high-speed Internet connection. The download time using a DSL connection is approximately 90 seconds and approximately 15 minutes using a 56kbps dial-up modem (not recommended).
